System Processing Window: After finalizing your portal registration, your designated KEF Number will become visible and verify under the official Riders Section within a three hour processing window.

Data Entry and Validation: Riders must ensure they enter the correct KEF IDs for each individual entry form submitted. The names of all athletes and horses provided must perfectly mirror the text spelling shown on their official travel passports.

Mandatory Trainer Association: For small classes, it is mandatory that each competing rider is directly linked to a specific trainer whose name will be officially published on the start lists and subsequent result sheets.

Roster Eligibility: The administration will strictly remove any athletes from the final event list who do not have an officially assigned KEF ID.

Federation Payment Processing: All entry payments must be handled strictly by payment card or via a direct bank wire transfer processed directly to the official Kuwait Equestrian Federation Account.
